Henricus Franciscus Caroluszoon (Hendrik) Tollens (1780–1856) was a Dutch poet best known for Wien Neêrlands Bloed, the Dutch national anthem (1815-1932). This imposing sculpture by Johan Stracké stands in 'The Park' in Rotterdam.
